Who we are

A development services company rooted in place and partnership.

Our story

Development expertise, on your behalf.

Arkhive provides development expertise across the full project lifecycle — for our own pipeline, and as development managers for clients who need an experienced partner to bring a vision to ground.

We work alongside non-profits, Indigenous governments, and municipal governments, combining institutional-grade project finance with hands-on development management. From schematic design through construction and into long-term asset management, we represent our clients' interests at every stage — structuring capital, navigating approvals, delivering buildings that endure, and stewarding them well beyond handover.

We work with communities and partners across Canada, bringing expertise in advanced building methods and green construction, grant procurement, and development modeling — selecting the right approach for each project rather than a single methodology. Indigenous partnership shapes how we plan, permit, and build — unlocking preferred federal funding, duty-to-consult alignment, and a genuinely shared stake in every project we bring forward with community.

Our approach

Three commitments behind every project we deliver.

Building that endures

Expertise in advanced building methods and green construction — choosing the right durable, low-carbon approach for each project rather than committing to a single methodology.

Partnership-led delivery

As development managers for non-profits, Indigenous governments, and municipal governments, we keep decision-making, ownership, and long-term value rooted where projects are built.

Funding & financial discipline

Grant procurement, development modeling, and CMHC programming expertise that turn funding alignment into investable, scalable, deliverable projects.

Our team

Decades of development, finance and design under one roof.
