Arkhive Properties Inc. is a Vancouver-based development services company — delivering our own body of work and providing development management for non-profits, Indigenous governments and municipal governments.
Across the full lifecycle — design through construction and long-term asset management — we pair institutional-grade project finance with hands-on development management, bringing expertise in advanced building methods and green construction, grant procurement, and development modeling to partners and communities across Canada.
